      China-Central Asian Talent Training Alliance in the Field of Transportation Infrastructure is a non-governmental, non-profit, open and international cooperation platform formed between transportation universities and engineering enterprises in China, Central Asia - 4 - five countries. The Alliance carries forward the Silk Road spirit of peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit, promotes exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Central Asian transportation and architecture universities and engineering enterprises in the fields of inter-university exchanges, personnel training, scientific research cooperation, cultural communication and policy research, and enhances understanding and friendship between the peoples of the relevant countries. Cultivate applied talents in the field of transportation infrastructure construction in the five Central Asian countries, and build the Alliance into a nationally renowned international platform integrating industry and education, integrating teaching and research, think tank research, and innovation and development. Transport infrastructure connectivity is a priority area for implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. It is also the practical basis for building a community of shared future featuring mutual assistance, common development, universal security and lasting friendship between China and the five Central Asian States. Take the China-Central Asia Summit as an opportunity to fully implement the work requirements of the List of Outcomes of the China-Central Asia Summit, and give full play to Shaanxi's role as a frontier of China's westward opening and an important node of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Nature of alliance

Under the background of peaceful development and win-win cooperation, the alliance is a non-governmental, non-profit, open and international educational cooperation alliance formed by high-level universities in China and Central Asia on an equal and voluntary basis. The joint legal liability of the member units of the Alliance and their cooperation and the results thereof shall be borne by the members of the Alliance.
